I bought this tie for my son's wedding. He was getting wedding pictures taken. The tie came but there was a small greasy stain on the bottom of the tie. I contacted the seller and told them about the stain and that my son needed the tie in a couple of days for pictures. Their customer service was top notch! They immediately replaced and mailed out my new tie and expedited it to make sure my son would receive it before his pictures. It came on time and the tie looked beautiful. Great company!
